Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Balls
Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup natural peanut butter (look for no added sugar)
- 1 scoop chocolate collagen powder
- 1–2 tbsp water or almond milk (to help bind)
- Optional: pinch of salt or cinnamon
Instructions
- Stir everything together in a bowl until combined.
- Roll into small balls (~1 tablespoon each).
- Chill in the fridge for 15–30 minutes to firm up.
