Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup natural peanut butter (look for no added sugar)
  • 1 scoop chocolate collagen powder
  • 1–2 tbsp water or almond milk (to help bind)
  • Optional: pinch of salt or cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Stir everything together in a bowl until combined.
  2. Roll into small balls (~1 tablespoon each).
  3. Chill in the fridge for 15–30 minutes to firm up.
